Is there a time limit for the completion of the game?

We will give 24 hours since you start the game. If you have not been able to finish it the same day you started it, write to us and we will give you another code.

Do I have to download any application? Can I use any smartphone?

No, you don't have to download any app. We will give you access to a website.

You can use a smartphone with Android OS or macOS.

Can I stop the game and continue it at another time of the day?

Yes you can, at your own pace. If you close the application you will have to start from  beginning but you can skip the tracks until you reach  the one where you stayed.

Can I play the game at night?

It is not recommended since some clues are found on the facades of some buildings and the darkness can make it difficult to find them.

Can I play the game at any time of the year?

Yes, except at Easter. It is not recommended because some locations may not be accessible.

Can children play?

It is recommended from 12 years old and with the help of an adult.

Do I need any additional accessories?

No, although if the environmental noise is high it is advisable to use headphones to improve the quality of the descriptive audios.

Does the route include a visit inside a church or other type of building?

No, the entire tour is outside.
